BHV was founded by Marius Pareščius — a well-known IT and security expert, Lithuanian serial entrepreneur, and IT counselor to the Lithuanian Parliament. One of Lithuania’s IT pioneers and a board member of the Lithuanian Cluster Association, Marius shares his expertise mentoring startups from Lithuania, the CIS and EU states, participates in EU institution working groups, and speaks at industry conferences worldwide. Since 2017, a certified ESCA cluster benchmarking expert — the first in Lithuania with this qualification.
